ADD A PHOTO
If you would like to add a photo to your design, send the best quality image via Etsy messenger. To ensure the best outcome of your design, I recommend choosing photos with plain backgrounds, no blur, and good lighting. 

PROOF APPROVAL 
Please provide a valid e-mail, instagram handle, or respond via Etsy messenger to approve your digital proof ASAP to avoid any delays in production & shipping for your event. If no response is received within 5 days your package will be sent as is.

SHIPPING
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier (USPS or UPS) utilized.
You may find estimated shipping times on UPS and USPS websites. Please keep in mind that unfortunately UPS and USPS do not guarantee these timeframes and are subject to delays, and we are not responsible for delays in shipping. 
Because of this, we HIGHLY encourage that you order as soon as possible. Please provide the date you would like your order to arrive and NOT the date of the event. 
Any lost/stolen/damaged packages must file a report with the carrier of choice.

We want you to ensure that you enjoy your handmade customized items for your celebration. Because of this, we work with you during the quoting, design, proofing, and production process. We will always be ready to help/answer any questions that you may have before, during, and/or after the production process to ensure you get what you need. 
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or cancellations. 
If your event plans have changed, or you would like to change a part of your order (such as a theme or items on the order) you may do so if production has not started yet.
